Corruption in America

Betrayal
In Anaheim, California, Mayor Tom Daly passed a law saying people who live in motels can only stay for thirty days and then must leave. Many of these people are just down on their luck or they are either seniors on a fixed income or making a low salary. Some are on welfare with several children. If it weren’t for the low-rent motels, they would be on the street and their children in foster homes.
The mayor’s reason for doing this is to clear out the crime in the community. The homeowners who live near the motel track have complained about property values going down. The fool is assuming that just because people live in a motel, they are all druggies and prostitutes. He obviously didn’t do a very good job of investigating about who was living in motels and even after hearing their pleas for mercy, he is ignoring them and saying that there is plenty of low-income housing to go around. He obviously didn’t investigate the housing situation either.
The truth of the matter is, there is either a long waiting list or the people just cannot afford the rent. The only one in Anaheim to show any concern for these people was a rescue mission that was offering $1500 to people for housing, only there are problems with that, too. You must show you have a steady job and are able to pay your rent. Those on welfare were not able to receive money from the mission because they’re already being helped and people on social security just cannot afford anything else but what they have.
These innocent people will now be looked upon as low-life, and most likely run out of town and their children separated from them and placed in foster homes. Some of these people have reportedly said they will just move back into their cars.
Okay, now that the mayor has cleaned out the motels, our neighborhood is about to have a bigger problem, more homeless. These people are just trying to stay off the street and the mayor is forcing them back.
I say the reason violence is growing in America is that the government constantly reinforces keeping the people separated into the haves and have-nots.
Americans, I ask you, don’t you think it’s time for a new government. When our leadership lashes out upon their own people, I say, again, it is time to take this country back from the government and make it for the American people again.
P.S. When you attack my people, you do get my attention. The battle has begun.
